I samarbete med bandmedlemmarna Paul Simonon, Mick Jones och Topper Headon släpper Sony Music The Clash originalinspelningar på nytt och kronan på verket är denna super deluxe box "Sound System". "Sound System" har designats av bassisten Paul Simonon och är utformad som en "ghettoblaster".
Den innehåller orginalalbumen "The Clash", "Give'em Enough Rope", "London Calling", "Sandinista" och "Combat Rock". Alla albumen är ny-remastrade. Dessutom innehåller boxen 3 CD med demos, singlar, b-sidor och andra rariteter. Den innehåller även en DVD med ej tidigare visat material filmat av Don Letts och Julian Temple, promovideos och liveinspelningar. Boxen är full av merchandise som t.ex dog tags, badges, stickers och en poster. Dessutom finns nytryck av 2 av bandets fanzine Armagideon Times samt ett helt nytt nummer.
Denna Rolls Royce box är en del av ett flertal utgåvor med The Clash som påminner oss vilket fantastiskt band dom var.
