Envy of None + Stygian Waves

Bringing together both of Envy of None's acclaimed studio albums for the first time, this 2CD collection charts the evolution of the modern rock collective founded by Alex Lifeson (Rush), Andy Curran (Coney Hatch), Alfio Annibalini & vocalist Maiah Wynne. From the ambient, cinematic allure of their 2022 debut 'Envy Of None' to the bolder, darker textures of 2024's 'Stygian Waves', the set showcases a band unafraid to push boundaries - blending elements of alt-rock, industrial & synth-driven soundscapes. Praised for its creativity & invention, Envy of None introduced a bold new sonic identity for its members, defying expectations with its moody atmospheres & Wynne's ethereal, affecting vocals. With 'Stygian Waves', the band expanded their palette even further - crafting an album both sharper & more expansive, where shimmering electronics meet driving guitars & hypnotic rhythm.
